Please read these terms before using our practice tests.
By using DrivingExams.ca ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
DrivingExams.ca provides practice test questions for educational purposes only. Our content is designed to help you prepare for your provincial driving knowledge test, not to replace the official provincial driver's handbook. You should always study the official handbook from your provincial licensing authority as your primary study resource.
Practicing on DrivingExams.ca does not guarantee that you will pass your official provincial driving knowledge test. Performance on our practice tests is not predictive of performance on official tests. Official tests are developed and administered by provincial licensing authorities and their content is not disclosed to us.
DrivingExams.ca is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any provincial government, Transport Canada, ICBC, SGI, MPI, SAAQ, MTO, or any other official authority. All official licensing matters must be directed to the appropriate provincial licensing authority.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our questions and to keep them current with applicable laws. However, driving laws change, and we cannot guarantee that all information on the Site is current or error-free. If you believe any question contains an error, please contact us so we can review and correct it.

DrivingExams.ca is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Site, including any errors or inaccuracies in the practice questions, or any decisions made based on content found on the Site.
